High speed electronic roller Grader for dates

INGIQE Q EYE system is based on the CROMETIC camera and a special LED lighting with both visible and NIR light. It is so possible to combine color images with the near infrared

Cameras scans the dates on the rollers, detecting the image of all surface of the dates giving the best view result of the actual machine market.

The software for the qualitative external analisis detects the distribution of the characteristics in the visible and NIR (800-900 nm)spectrum on the visible surface the dates.

The software with special algorytms can calculate the color and skin defect connected. 

Operational software.for programming the sorting parameters, testing, production control and recording, lots management.

Personal computer + operational program in Windows (English or other languages on request).

The operator can programme the machine according the combinations  of dimensional/color ranges and exits, including the possibility to subdivide one size on two  (or more) exits in case the said size is predominant if compared with the others.

the grader is made in stainless steel with some parts on transparent polycarbonate in order to increase the cleaning operation and respect the maximum hygene comform to food grade materials
